Terms & Conditions
For the Adizex Complete Digital Brand Launch Package.
Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to anyone who books the Adizex Complete Digital Brand Launch Package (the "package") through our website, WhatsApp or any other channel. By ticking the agreement box on the booking form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
Payment terms
The full package fee must be paid in advance. Work starts only after the full payment has been received. We do not start work on partial payment.
Cancellation
Once work has started, the package cannot be cancelled. Because we begin planning, design and setup straight after payment, the package fee cannot be refunded after work has started.
Delivery timeline
The package takes 30 to 45 working days to complete. The work involves a lot of research and analysis of your business, market and customers, so we ask you to stay with us through this period. You will need to provide information, feedback and approvals on time; delays in these may extend the timeline.
Scope of work
The services included are listed on the package page. The website type, features, product upload limit and payment integration, as well as the number of ad campaigns, their duration and management scope, will be confirmed in the agreement before work starts. Any work outside the agreed scope is charged separately.
Costs not included
The package fee does not include: advertising budget (paid separately by the client), packaging and label printing, trade licence, applicable third-party charges, or any extra features outside the package.
Domain & hosting
A .COM domain and 10 GB NVMe web hosting are included for one year, as listed in the package.
Business Growth Consultation
The 3-month consultation includes 12 scheduled weekly meetings (one per week). Sessions run according to the agreed schedule.
No guarantee of results
We provide planning, guidelines, setup and progress reviews. We do not guarantee specific sales, profit or business results. These depend on many factors such as your product, market, pricing, competition, execution and advertising.
Before booking
Service scope, delivery time, payment terms and third-party costs will be confirmed with you before booking. Please make sure your business type, required features and scope of work are clear before you pay.
